I caught another opossum last night. We got to go outside around 3am and there was an opossum hanging around in my area. So I grabbed it. MY human wouldn't let me bring it inside, however. She picked it up with a towel and dropped it over the fence. I figured that since I couldn't play with my new pet, I might as well go back inside to sleep.
When I checked on it this morning, it was gone.

Hahaha she dropped it over the fence. Dig a tunnel over there and get it. There is no reason why the cows and the llamas should have opossum for dinner.
Sadly it is gone! It came back to life and walked away!
Doodles hears those possums things play dead like that. I would share Jack with you but I don't think he can jump THAT far!
I bet that your friend Jack is more fun than an opossum!
Dear Lex,
Are opossum's Irish possums or are they just old possums?

Dear CotWC,
Who know's? The language of the humans is so inarticulate!
Sincerely,
Lex
That's what I call them no-possums!
Hi Lex,
Just stopped in to say hi!

Possums are crazy that way! You kill them, and yet they live!
We once had an opossum outside our fence and our human made us go inside the house so it would go away. She threw some cat food over the fence to try and get it to move. Once it was gone, she let us go back outside. What a way to ruin our fun!

That's a shame, Holly. Opossums are fun!
Wow! Is grabbing an opposum like grabbing a squirrel? I did that once, but being a lab, I just couldn't handle it wiggling around so I kept picking it up and dropping it, over and over again. And then it got away. I was just so surprised that I actually caught it!
Hah! I caught up with an opossum once. It rolled over and pretended to have died. Then my mama came and grabbed my leash and made me leave. Maybe yours wasn't really dead after all?
Opossums are wierd little critters, Nanook!
That's just the sort of thing my mom would do... in fact, she did do with a rat last week! No fun for us!

Possums are funny, eh? They sure like to play dead.

We have those opossums in our backyard also. One night while I was barking at one in a tree Dad thought I was barking at our cat Shmed. You should have seen Dad jump when he attempted to get Shmed out of the tree. Needless to say Dad looks very carefully now before trying to rescue Shmed from a tree...
